Frequently Asked Questions

Why is DermaVeen different from other sensitive skin treatment ranges?

DermaVeen is different because of its extensive range of products which contains COLLOIDAL OATMEAL, shown to have anti-itch and soothing properties. The DermaVeen range is also free of lanolin, dyes, parabens and perfumes and is pH balanced to suit sensitive skin.

Can DermaVeen be used on the face as well as the body?

Yes, DermaVeen is gentle enough for use on both the face and body.

Are there DermaVeen products suitable for Eczema sufferers?

Yes. Dermaveen Bath Treatment is an ideal product to use at night to control the itch before bedtime. Follow on with a good moisturiser such as Dermaveen Eczema Lotion, Eczema Cream or Eczema Ointment.

Can I use DermaVeen on my baby?

Yes. DermaVeen is suitable for babies and adults.

Which product is best for baby’s bath?

DermaVeen Shower & Bath Oil is a water-dispersible bath oil (turns milky on contact with water) and is best for use in baby’s bath. Should you prefer a product that lathers slightly then the DermaVeen Soap Free Wash can be added to the bath.

Can I use DermaVeen on normal skin?

Yes. The DermaVeen range is pH adjusted, does not contain dyes, lanolin, parabens or perfume and therefore can be used on a daily basis to maintain normal, healthy skin.

Can I use DermaVeen on my oily, acne prone skin?

Yes. The DermaVeen range is non-comedogenic (does not cause pimples) and therefore can be used on oily, acne prone skin.
